After two years of swimming in my standard sized, low quality office chair (not a Herman Miller), I ended up in physical therapy for a bad back. This chair supports my petite frame properly, which I appreciate seeing as how I spend 30 - 40+ hours a week sitting. Petite and professional. What a concept!? Thank you Herman Miller!
