(More customer reviews)I've had my Mirra for over 3 years now and I love it. The chair arms are particularly nice - they are the perfect shape and very adjustable, with plenty of padding (some other chair arms tend to be too rectangular with uncomfortable edges).The chair bottom is basically identical to the more expensive Aeron and feels just the same to me; easy on the legs, perfect amount of support and keeps you cool. Also, the adjustments on this chair are very easy to use, which is a big improvement over the Aeron.
I find the chair back to be very comfortable and it provides great adjustable lower-back support. However, I've talked to some people who found its rigidity uncomfortable, so I would try sitting in this before buying it as the back seems to be a love it or hate it issue.
Summary: Great chair, plenty of adjustments, great value, very durable so far (after 3+ years)
