(More customer reviews)Before I bought this chair, I went to the local store and tried the big dollar Human Touch and Panasonic chairs.They didn't have all the options I wanted and were at least twice as expensive.This chair is way better, more comfortable and out performs the more expensive one's.The company was responsive to my questions and a pleasure to deal with.The massages are wonderful.I've had it 3 weeks now, use it several times a day, and I couldn't be happier.Beware; it's very, very heavy (320 lbs in the box not 500 as someone said).If you have to take it up steps or stairs, leave it in the box and walk it end over end up the steps.I don't know who the other guy bought his chair from, but I bought mine through Beauty Health and got great support.They also have an Ebay store with better prices.
