For such an expensive and large chair however, it should also serve as a comfortable place to sit when you don't want a massage.Unfortunately, the "fingers" don't retract, and dig uncomfortably into your back.
The one year warranty is also pretty petty for such an expensive chair, and I've heard questionable reports about their post-warranty support.
