(More customer reviews)I have back problems and had tried several desk chairs. I found a great price on this given that it is a top end chair. It has so many adjustment options that you will find one that meets your needs. Well constructed and quick delivery. Never had a better chair.
Also,when it arrived I thought it was missing a part. I called customer service and they stated they would send the part out right away UPS. As soon as I hung up I found the part and called and canceled. Anyway, seemed to be good customer service. Very easy to put together.
