THE MASSAGE STARTS HIGH & DOESN'T QUITE END INTO THE LOWER BACK ..THE FOOT REST IS MECHANICAL WITH A LEVERON THE SIDE OF THE CHAIR (NOT ELECTRIC) & I REALLY MISS THE BOTTOM FOOT MASSAGE.. BUT I'M VERY HAPPY &WILL UPGRADE DOWN THE ROAD.. MY KIDS WILL FIGHT OVER WHO GETS THIS CHAIR!..REALLY ALL IN ALL A TERRIFIC VALUE FOR THE BUCK. STEVE C.
