(More customer reviews)The shipping on this item was a bit extravagant, consider the chair is about 4 pounds.It came on 2 pallets, required special equipment to get out of the truck. The bill of shipping said that the package was 170 pounds total.
Don't have this item shipped -- especially if you're just buying a single.
Aside from that, I find the chair very comfy!
