(More customer reviews)This is a knockoff of the "real" Emeco 1006 chair, but it's a good quality one. The welds around the seat are sanded clean, the legs are an integral part of the seat, the bends feel clean, and the finish is real brushed aluminum, not brushmark paint. Your designer friends will still be able to tell you didn't spring for the real thing because it has 5 slats at the back (vs 3 in the Emeco) and 1 slat on the bottom brace (vs 2 in the Emeco). But for $125 vs $375, I'm willing to make that sacrifice.
