(More customer reviews)The product is great. Customer service has a lot to be desired. I paid for shipping and delivery. The product was delivered to a neighbor whom I did not know. Fortunately, this neighbor was honest and told me about the delivery. I got the help of some other neighbors to bring the product to MY home. So much for paying for shipping and delivery from this company. I guess dropping the product you buy somewhere in your neighborhood counts as a delivery to them. Find out about shipping & delivery from this company BEFORE you buy. If you don't know your neighbors or are not able to move large bulky items from your curb yourself, you'll have to figure out how to get the product into your home.
