Do not buy items from this seller as they do not offer returns on furniture. I purchased a table that was listed as 36" in height (to accommodate some bar chairs I own) but the table is not even 28" in height when it arrived.When I emailed them to return the item, they responded by telling me it was against their policy EVEN THOUGH it was their error! So, I called to confirm why they wouldn't return the item and they tried to blame Amazon for the error and said all they could do was offer me 15% to keep their falsely advertised item.
So, I contact amazon to file a claim using A-Z guarantee because 15% is not incentive enough to keep something I have no use for, and the Amazon service rep informs Me that I am supposed to get chairs as well!Of course, I didn't receive them and while I was on hold with the Amazon rep, I called the seller again to ask about the chairs and they said that the chairs are NOT supposed to be included with the table, even though it is listed in the ad.So, when I complained about how their marketing department mucked this whole thing up, their customer service rep said I needed to talk to the website department about it... Talk about customer service.
Don't waste your time and money with this seller-- I know I wont, ever again.
