My dissapointment is in the color choice.I have carried the magazine ad with me for several weeks.The beautiful turqouise color shown in the ad was exactly what I was looking for.Then the bonus of a special sale was fantastic

When I went to the Lazyboy store and they showed me the actual piece of fabric that would be on the chair,it was hard to believe. There is no comparison between what Iwould receive and what is shown in the ad.Then I was told if I wanted that more turqouise color it would be $183.00.It doesn't seem as if the pi cture in all the magazines is even the same chair. This must have happened to other people also. Needless to say I can't buy the chair.

The sales person was extremely nice and helpful. It was a shame to have wasted her time.
