(More customer reviews)I liked the chair don't get me wrong but I have a few pet peaves.
1. It looks nothing like the picture as it pertains to color. It isn't that nice light color it is a sandy dark color.
2. The extended padded armrests is so low that I can't rest my armes on it so that they dangle and fall asleep. It feels like it is more part of the seat than armrests.
3. One of the screwed wholes in the otoman was so badley made that the screw wouldn't catch.
4. The seat needs to be at lest 4 inches wider and higher.
5. The multi-position, locking recline doesn't work so that it is in the reclined position permanently.
Other than that at least my chair is comfortable for my butt and back.
I don't have the cash to sent it back for replace,ent so I guess I am stuck with it.
If you need it get it especially if you have the cash to send it out for an exchange if you get a lemon like mine.
I must say I do love the feel of the material. It really feels like suede.
