(More customer reviews)First I understand that shipping takes awhile. While reading reviews on Ewins most stated it was shipped fast. Not so. Also when I finally received item one of the chairs had two left sides. I called Ewins and have to submit pictures to claims by the way which has no phone number via e-mail and wait to see what they decide. So I am short one chair for who knows how long if I ever get resolved. The table and chairs (ones I have) are of nice quality but the service is very poor. It is not worth the aggrevation!
