It took longer to dispose of the box than it did to set up the glider, although every inch of the frame was wrapped in protective plastic wrapping. I did not pay really close attention to the dimensions before I ordered. I would have preferred a somewhat higher back. By the time I put a cushion on it, the top of the back hits me in an uncomfortable place in my back. Overall a good product that appears to be substantial.
