(More customer reviews)I purchased this lounger a year ago. It was the most comfortable lounger I'd ever used. It was very low to the ground, so it was a little difficult to get into, but once in it, it was worthy of a five star rating. So why only three stars? Three reasons: rusty hardware, torn material, and no response from customer service. Perhaps if I had brought the chair out of the garage each morning, and put it away every afternoon, it might have lasted longer. I live in an extreme climate, near Key West, Florida. That means sunny weather year round, and salty rains. I left the lounger outside, rain or shine. (All my neighbors have lounge chairs that are left outside too, and theirs last for years - but their chairs are NOT from this company.) When the nuts on the chair rusted, I had no problem. When the material fell apart into shreds, I still had no problem. But when no one responded to my request for information on how I could purchase replacement seating for the lounger, I had a problem. If I had kept the chair in the garage, and it had fallen apart in one year, I would have given it one star. But because of the harsh conditions under which it was used, I would have given it a four star rating. But add in the company's unresponsiveness, and I think a three star rating is appropriate. You be the judge.
