(More customer reviews)I want to first say, that after trying alone, it was difficult to put together due to the difficulty of the instructions not matching the chair type.My husband joined me after he returned home to finish putting together the rocker/chair.We found, after scratching our heads, that we were missing several parts.I called the manufacturer and spoke to the president of the company at 7pm cst - 8pm his time.He explained that the chair had been updated to take care of some problems with the bolts/screws coming loose and they had not updated the instructions.This is a beautiful chair and I would recommend it because of the quality of the wood type, cedar, and the construction of the pieces.However, beware you may need to call for additonal help AND missing parts.
