(More customer reviews)This chair rolls smoothly, feels comfortable, and looks great. Not plush but its very nice looking. Does scratch easily when the bolts go in so be careful. Assembly instructions are minimal at best. Missing one internal screw thread on arm rest which we filled in with wooden toothpicks to secure it. Otherwise this chair feels good and looks perfect in the room we have it in.Would buy again.
