(More customer reviews)I can't actually review the seller on the seller feedback page, since my order was never completed. I also can't honestly review this frame, since I never saw or touched it!
They never shipped this futon to me. After two weeks of waiting, they told me it would ship a week later - 15 full days after I placed the order. In all my communications with them, they failed to take responsibility for this, blaming the manufacturer and saying it wasn't their fault (and I guess they mean therefore it's not their problem). Their shipping costs are ridiculously high, but they refused to reimburse the shipping cost or ship it faster once it became clear they could not stick to their end of the bargain. Instead they offered to give me $10 or $15 back, max, which was insulting.
In the meantime, my bad back and I get to sit in the floor.
