The company has sent me a chair that has one position.I re-orderedthe multi-positioned with the intent of sending the single position chair back.Instead, the company has , without my request , sent me two more on the single position chair. My lvg. room is filled up with their boxes. NowIneed to send back three chairs.I am distressed that they have sent me items I did not order. Not only did this order get messed up, by I received notice today , Aug. 23,of an order for another pad and I had red'd the one I ordered and I rec'd notice of two other items that were being shipped after I had already rec'd the items. I was able to cancel two of the other wrong orders, butI find it very hard to straighten out this incorrect chair order because the site says no cancellations, the order is being shipped. That will be the fourth time I will receive the wrong chair. Please help.
