(More customer reviews)Run, don't walk away from these chairs! We've had ours put together for less than a month and one is already broken. The wood on the leg split right down the center. As we no longer have the packaging, I know we cannot return it. The screws on the other chairs come loose all the time( and yes, they were screwed in tightly). The seat didn't even have holes drilled in it. We had to push the screws right through the wood. A call to the company confirmed that they had intended it to be that way. We bought six of these chairs. It was a major investment for our family. I rarely write negative reviews, as I feel this economy is difficult enough on companies without bad word of mouth on their products. But I'm sick about the money we spent.
