I made a purchase 3 weeks ago for the "BEIGE" parson chairs. I received "red floral" print instead of the "beige color". I contacted the seller of there ERROR they refused to believe there shipping department could make an error and ship out the wrong merchandise.They refused to pick up the wrong color and ship out the correct merchandise that I PAID for! I decided to rate them on Amazon as AWFUL and unaccommodating! They contacted me via email immediately that they would NOT ASSIST ME unless I removed my BAD RATING from Amazon.In order to receive a resolution I REMOVED my comments and rating and still was given the run a around by the seller.I have the incorrect merchandise and the seller refuses to have it picked up, instead I would need to ship it back to them which I believe is OUTRAGEOUS after I paid shipping initially to receive the incorrect merchandise.HOW CAN THEY EXPECT ME TO INCUR AN ADDITIONAL COST to ship back merchandise that I NEVER ordered.BEWARE OF THIS SELLER COASTER COMPANY/RAINBOW FURNITURE they will charge you credit card account and NEVER DELIVER the merchandise!
