(More customer reviews)I received my BOOMCHAIR in the mail today I opened the box, looked at the instructions and found that it is Missing four items/components. :(

1. 6Vac/10DC Power Supply (The chair has the option of being powered on 4 AA battery's)
2. RCA to Mini Audio Cord (headphone jack to audio left & right channel connectors)
3. RCA Cord (audio left & right channel connectors)
4. RCA Audio Coupler

So there is no way to connect the BOOMCHAIR to my Computer, Xbox 360, PSP, or iPod.
This was not mentioned anywhere or in the above Product Features that these were Not Included.
I am unable to test the speakers to make sure they are in working order.

The Left "Adjustable Armrest" is defected, dose not lock into place, it slides around.

The instructions are not labeled clearly,
Example:
The BOOMCHAIR comes with 18 Hex Screws, there are 4 screws that are longer then the others, these are to be used for mounting the Swivel/Tilt Know unit, this was never mentioned in the instructions.After putting the chair together and getting to Step 3 I had to undo the bottom part of the seat bracket to switch out the longer screws with shorter ones.

The chair its self is a nice computer chair, it has lower lumbar support and me being 5'7" its hard to find a chair that fits me. I can lean back and my head can rest without strain.The materiel is very soft and there is plenty of padding in the seat as well as the back.
Buying this as a computer chair it's a decent price though disappointing due to the missing components, and defected armrest.

I will be contacting the seller about the missing components and I hope they will send them to me, free of charge considering there were to be including with the BOOMCHAIR.
