(More customer reviews)This was on sale for a great price when we ordered it, and we loved the fact that it had free return shipping if we didnt like it. Well when we recieved the first one the box was destroyed and the glider was hanging out of the package.(This is not amazon's fault being that it came in the package from the manufacturer and the shipping carrier just threw it out on the ground).I called customer service and told them what was going on so they went ahead and sent a new one, so i could use the new box to send the old one back as it was really scratched up. The second one arrived beat up but in the box. Now the main problem is we ordered the snowdrift, and the picture showed a light brown cushion, but in both boxes came a light blue cushion. I made several calls to amazon and storkcraft. Amazon kept giving me the run around saying they will make it right, and they will fix the picture(on ragazzi's website it says you will recieve blue cushions with white, but nowhere on amazon does it say what color, just the picture)well after a week or so amazon e-mails me saying there's nothing they can do that I should just send back the chair.I did finally get the fine people of storkcraft to help me and they sent me the brown cushions, but this is much more work then the low price is worth.Amazon finally did change the picture 1 1/2 months after the fact to a different wrong color, now they show the cushions in sage. The chair is great i just wish amazon used a better shipper and had better picture. Fedex ground delivered(well they threw it out in our driveway)
