(More customer reviews)For several days we enjoyed our new pool chair. It appeared to satisfy our need. However, within two weeks we began to experience severe deterioration of the product as various seems split which undermined the integrity of the chair and its utility. We have been working with the supply and equipment company to return the product and they have been apologetic and professional. We are in the process of returning the defective product for a full refund since we are still w/in 30 days of our purchase.
You may have on record an initial review in which we shared our positive views of this product. As with any product, its performance may change over time based on use and durability. It did not take too much longer to update our early view based on product performance.
