(More customer reviews)This chair arrived with one of the two parts of the back so warped I needed to take the chair to a cabinet maker. He and his assistant used stretching equipment and forced the two fastening holes to match. During the 40 minute effort the craftmen noted white paint on the chair runner. When they attempted to remove it they found that paint had been coated over with polyurethane. The only way to remove it--sand it down, remove and refinish....estimate $75. Total cost to assemble misconstructed chair. $50.
Attempts to contact Amazon on four occasions--failed. Would I buy any more furniture from Amazon, no way, in fact, I have cancelled my account.
