(More customer reviews)We purchased two of these York style barstools that came from Visiondecor, based on our research on Amazon and other sites.The price was reasonable for what we expected to be a quality piece of merchandise.We recieved the chairs and put them together (very simple process).We liked them very much, they were comfortable, and the cherry wood construction was beautiful and matched some cherry cabinetry we had near by.But, alas, the one problem was that the chairs were simply too big and stout-looking for the area and surrondings in our kitchen/dining room.We are returning the chairs, and have a identified two others, smaller and not as stout looking that we will be buying on Amazon.
The five star rating is based somewhat on the appearance and quality of the chairs, although granted we did not have them long enough to honestly rate them for sturdiness and longevity.The five star rating is based on the willingness and helpfulness of the Visiondecor staff in handling our exchange.We kind of expected some resistance, since there was no real problem with the stools.They gave us no problems, and were in fact cheerful and helpful in the return process.
And, the two barstools we will be getting are also going to be from Visiondecor.
