The lumbar support it has is basically a soft tiny pillow that you put inside it. Its terrible quality. It claims that it can recline but in fact cannot. You can rest it at an angle, so you can relax kind of. But when you do that it creates a huge gap of space for your lower back. So your literally better off using pillows. Unless your fine without any back support at all. Then maybe you will like this. Even sitting up in this thing, I was more comfortable using my pillows. This thing is surprisingly light, which might contribute to the poor quality of it. It is definitely better than any other back rest pillow. But is definitely not worth the money. It says the arm rests are adjustable, but your actually just tying the arms back so they stay where you might want them. So in conclusion, if you have bad back problems like me, and are looking for something like this claims to be, your out of luck. Either waste the money, or save yourself the time money and discomfort.
