(More customer reviews)I suggest you do not deal with Backstore.Amazon has not been very helpful in resolving issues with this vendor, and this vendor should be dropped by Amazon.
Ordered this product via Amazon, box was received with a large hole in the side, and FEDEX suggested that the contents of this large box was probably damaged.At their suggestion, the item was returned.Never opened, just left on the truck and return to the sender.Now Backstore refuses to reimburse me for a product never received.Amazon is not helping, so I suggest you do not deal with any product from Backstore/Vitalityweb.It is Small Claims court action now.
