(More customer reviews)I did not purchase this sofa on amazon, but the sofa shown in the pictures is a much darker brown than what you actually get with almost no color variations that can clearly be seen in the pics. I brought this up to the manfct.(Ashley) and they were quite rude about my inquirery about this matter, and just transfered my call to customer relations which I left a voice mail which was not returned. I heard bad stuff about their customer service and now I know it's true.
