I placed a new online order of the identical blue chair the same day that I refused delivery of the first one.
The second package was in the same condition as the first one. The blue chair was sticking out of holes and tears in the cardboard shipping box. I refused to accept delivery. The package was returned. I received a full refund several days later.
I had the same experience when I ordered this chair in the burgundy color. Two deliveries on two different days refused by me because there were large holes and tears in the shipping box. Parts of the chair were sticking out of the box of each refused delivery.
I won't place fifth and sixth orders for these chairs.
