American Furniture Alliance Hermosa Metal/Wood Frame Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)Bought this for my son and it is as advertised. The only issue we had was some broken slats once we received the bed initially.Getting the new bed was a bit cumbersome as the end supplier can't ship piece parts and have to ship the full bed.Response was quick and we are pleased.Installation was simple overall.

(More customer reviews)I was totally please with my new Futon Frame, and it was delivered sooner than I expected.Very easy to assemble with the help of my nephew. However, I am sure that I will enjoy it once the mattress is delivered.Be prepared to wait. The mattress comes from another vendor and they take up to 2 weeks before shipping.

American Furniture Alliance Mead Metal/Wood Frame Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)I can't actually review the seller on the seller feedback page, since my order was never completed. I also can't honestly review this frame, since I never saw or touched it!

They never shipped this futon to me. After two weeks of waiting, they told me it would ship a week later - 15 full days after I placed the order. In all my communications with them, they failed to take responsibility for this, blaming the manufacturer and saying it wasn't their fault (and I guess they mean therefore it's not their problem). Their shipping costs are ridiculously high, but they refused to reimburse the shipping cost or ship it faster once it became clear they could not stick to their end of the bargain. Instead they offered to give me $10 or $15 back, max, which was insulting.

In the meantime, my bad back and I get to sit in the floor.

arrrrgh!!

Wide Mission Futon Twin Lounger w/ 9" Premium Futon Mattress Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)We ordered this futon as a guest bed. The frame arrived very quickly and is really sturdy and well made. We called the company because we did not receive the mattress. The customer service was wonderful. They said the mattress was on backorder but they could send us a better quality mattress from their display right away, for no extra charge. We agreed and received the upgraded mattress right away.
If the mattress we received was an upgrade then the original mattress would not even be comfortable to sit on. We aren't too upset because we've priced futon mattresses and they are not cheap so, you get what you pay for. The frame and the customer service from this company are top notch!!!

American Furniture Alliance Portofino Metal/Wood Frame Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)This frame is not difficult to assemble, but having two people makes it much easier. We had it together in 30 minutes. Well made and very attractive, it is much nicer looking than the photos provided. A full size futon mattress fits perfectly here, and, if you don't go super cheap on the mattress, the unit is super comfortable and sturdy. Easy open and easy close. We are very satisfied with our purchase..... We will buy this company's products again.
