3-in-1 Cherry Finish Wood Dining, Poker, Bumper Table Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)I ordered this set at a much higher price. When it arrived, I was moving to a new home and this would be our only breakfast table. When I openned the package, the pedestal was cracked in several places. One chair arm was also cracked. I had to put them together and hope they would hold until the company sent a replacement. The company (Visiondecor) was very slow to respond and required photos of the damage. I had to send the photos twice which caused more delay. They then wanted me to return the pedestal before they would send a replacement. No telling how long this would have taken. I tried to pay for a replacement and they would not consider this approach. Since time was dragging on, I gave up and paid a handyman to have the pedestal repaired (rebuilt).Don't count on customer service from this company!

Game Table Solid Oak 3-in-1 With Four Chairs Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)Some assembly? It took us hours. We have NEVER seen something packed in so much cardboard, tape, and staples. How one was suppose to thoroughly check this shipment out before the delivery guy who dumps it off at the curb leaves is beyond me.Thank God all was in tact and we didnt' have to try returning anything. Then, making things worse, the chairs alone were in at least 11 pieces and we had difficulty even putting the simplest pieces, the coasters, in place because of pertruding staples in the holes and some of the holes not drilled at the same depth. In addition, the cushions were not good quality and material easily wrinkles up.On a more positive note, giving credit where its due, the wood is solid and attractive as well as the game table sections. For the sale price, WE might have ordered this again, but we need some time to recuperate.

Three-in-one Cherry Finish Wood Dining, Poker, Bumper Pool Table With Chairs Set Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)It is actually pretty nice for the price. The only problem I had was an unnoticeable damage to the inside of one of the ball catchers caused in shipping and it was missing one small part which they quickly shipped a replacement for. Assembly was easy.
