(More customer reviews)These chairs look very good in my dining room and I get compliments on them.Even though they look a little different from the photos (darker beige with a black lattice pattern background instead of cream like the picture), they look more expensive than what they actually cost.

However, they were terrible to assemble.They were very poorly machined and some pieces did not fit together.Even though we bought a set of 6 identical chairs, we had to swap the pieces around until we could get the drill holes to line up in the different pieces.(There is a chair back with 2 hind legs, a chair seat, and the 2 front legs). My husband had to finish drilling some of the holes. The reason we tried so hard to put them together is because we would have had to pay shipping both ways if we wanted to return the chairs, and we would have been out a lot of money.

The customer service I got from Furniture Cove was prompt and friendly.I had 2 chair legs missing from my order and they sent them to me quickly.The emails were very courteous.I understand that Furniture Cove is a distributor, not a manufacturer, so I can't blame them for the quality of the chairs, but buyer beware: When I asked if I could return the chairs if I could not manage the assembly, they said we had to pay shipping costs for these chairs. (They did offer to send replacement parts if we sent pictures of defects).

Overall, I would say that the distributor Furniture Cove treated me well, but I would be wary of ordering furniture from the same manufacturer.(The chairs were packed in boxes that said "Asia Direct" and Malaysia on them).
