(More customer reviews)We bought 10 of these chairs - they look nice, the leather is soft, they are comfortable. There are a few reasons for the 3 stars...they are packaged so horribly that if they are being shipped any distance by UPS, the boxes will arrive in bad shape. We had 1 chair that was damaged and had to be sent back. We had another chair where the manufacturer had put tape on the legs (leaving a sticky residue that we had to scrub off) and another that had some problem with the seat padding that made me sink in the chair. Amazon replaced 2 of these chairs without a problem, but a bit more hassle than we should have had for this price.
