(More customer reviews)I bought this from a prominent online chair vendor and the non-adjustable lumbar support dug into my back painfully.I am about 90% sure I am going to replace the now returned basic mirra with the fully loaded mirra, so that's why it gets a 3 star rating -- but I would not buy this chair without sitting in it in real life because it is not adjustable.(b-t-w I am 6'2" 175 lbs)
